Jennifer, I enjoyed the animoto video. Actually after watching this I created my first for my Career Options class and am having the students to create one for a class project. Thanks for sharing! Congrats on your new name! I wish you many happy years together. I look forward to working with you this semester.
I am so glad you were able to have your students create one for a class project! You will have to let me know how it turns out.
Jenn,
You have done a great job on the design of your website. On your response to another website for the class I noticed that you moved to Hopkinsville recently. I teach Social Studies at Hopkinsville High School. It’s nice to know that I am taking an online class with someone who lives in the same town. I look forward to working with you in LME 737.
What a small world!Good luck this semester!
The video is great. I like it better than the voki I used. Your site looks great.
Thank you so much! I look forward to working with you this semester.
Hello there, great animation technology! My husband and I have thought of moving to work for the department of defense. How was that experience, other then great and meeting the love of your life!? Love how you said Evil Wicked Step Mother (maybe but probably not boys perception) and then said of two wonderful boys (your perception that they miss sometimes) blending a family is hard and I think that is wonderful!
It has been a wonderful experience! That was actually an inside joke between me and my two sons! =) They got a big kick out of seeing themselves in the video I made. We are all very blessed to be together as a family! Thank you so much for your post and I look forward to working with you.
I really enjoyed your website and your Web 2.0 introduction. I began my career as art on a cart K-5 . It was a crazy job, but I enjoyed it very much. I look forward to collaborating with you this semester.
Oh Art on a cart!!! Those were the days =)
I look forward to working with you as well! Good luck this semester.
Your site is great. The video was a great touch.
Thank you so much! I look forward to working with you.
Love this! As a primcipal this is the kind of web page i would like to see my teachers create and update weekly, as well as teach their students how to do this.
I will surely be reading more if you keep producing posts like this one.
Hi Jennifer,
I really enjoyed watching your About Me video. Your artist costumes are amazing! My sister got her degree in art education and would love to have a job like yours.
Hello, Jennifer!
You have used so many different types of technology to introduce yourself…I love them all and there are some I was unaware of, so I can’t wait to try some of them! Teaching art sounds so fun! I’m the wicked math teacher, so teaching something in the arts field would scare me, but I know that those who do it are so talented and so needed. I lived in Dallas/Ft. Worth for a time in 2007-2008…lived near Saginaw and then in Mesquite before moving to KY. Taught at Poteet High School for half a year before my husband’s job relocated us. We really loved Texas! Hope you have a great semester!
Jenni
Hi Jennifer! I love the graphic comic visual you created to introduce yourself. Nice to meet you, and I hope you have a great semester!
